Resistance to strong acids: It can transfer 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 50% nitric acid, 37% hydrochloric acid, etc., without dissolution, aging, or impurity precipitation.
Resistance to strong alkalis: When facing 50% sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide solutions, it shows no corrosion or embrittlement, making it suitable for the transfer of strong alkali raw materials in the chemical industry.
Resistance to special media: It is stable to organic solvents (methanol, acetone), strong oxidants (hydrogen peroxide, chlorine water), and fluorides (lithium hexafluorophosphate in lithium battery electrolytes), solving the problem of "leakage upon contact with corrosion" of traditional pipelines.
High transparency: The tubing is translucent, allowing real-time observation of the fluid transfer status inside the tube (such as the presence of impurities and changes in flow rate). Excellent electrical insulation: It has a high volume resistivity (≥10¹⁸Ω·cm). In the electronics industry (such as semiconductor wafer cleaning and circuit board etching solution transfer), it can prevent equipment short circuits caused by pipeline conductivity, ensuring production safety.
Aging resistance and impact resistance: When exposed to air or ultraviolet radiation for a long time, it does not age or become brittle. At room temperature, its impact strength reaches 15kJ/m², enabling it to withstand slight collisions (such as collisions during workshop equipment operation) without being easily damaged.
